土地注册处资料显示，山顶 Mount Nicholson 第 2 期 A 座低层一个四房大宅，日前以 3.23 亿元易手。该单位实用面积 4,564 方尺，折合尺价约 71,209 元。

资料显示，单位原本由大鸿辉兴业创办人兼主席梁绍鸿持有，於 2016 年以约 3.12 亿元购入，持货约 10 年，是次易手帐面获利约 1,100 万元。不过，若连当年购入单位的厘印费及代理佣金等杂项支出计，估计明赚暗蚀逾 500 万元离场。

买家则以 EARTHSTONE LIMITED 作登记，公司董事为付嵩洋，是北京恒翔永瑞贸易有限公司创始人兼董事。
