# BUZZ-NCR Atleos jumps on $6.6 billion buyout deal with Brink’s

ATM provider NCR Atleos’ (NATL.N) shares jump 8.6% to $45.46 Cash management firm Brink’s Co (BCO.N) will buy NATL in a $6.6 billion cash-and-stock deal, creating a scaled financial technology infrastructure provider

BCO will pay $30 in cash and 0.1574 of its shares for each NATL share, valuing the firm at $50.40 apiece

NCR Atleos’ network consists of roughly 78,000 owned and operated ATMs, while Brink’s is a heavyweight in armored transportation of cash

Deal expected to boost BCO earnings by at least 35% and targeted to close in Q1 2027

As of last close, NATL stock up 9.9% YTD
