# 高档消费率先反弹 领展：加紧提升资产质素及翻新商场

> 领展香港资产管理总监罗欣琪表示，黄大仙中心的中式餐饮及金舖生意表现良好，商场人流同比增长超过 10%。集团正加紧提升资产质素及翻新商场，增加具地区文化的装置及餐饮元素，以吸引消费者。针对电子商贸的冲击，集团加强了商场的饮食元素，并引入吸引力的内地品牌及线下体验项目。

领展 (00823.HK) 香港资产管理总监罗欣琪接受《明报》访问时表示，据黄大仙中心内商户得悉，中式餐饮及金舖生意表现不俗，在档期头数天至年初六为止，商场人流按年增长更逾 10%。她指，北上消费浪潮已经稳定下来，集团正加紧提升资产质素及翻新商场，引入具地区文化的装置及元素，甚至增加餐饮元素及发展主题式市集，吸引消费者光顾。

对於电子商贸的冲击，她指，家品生意租户较受影响，集团已因应情况加强商场的食肆及饮食元素，并引进具吸引力的内地品牌落户，甚至引入线下体验如健身中心承租。
