# OJing Tech: Revised the estimated procurement agreement with Silvaco North America to USD 270 million

On March 2, Jinshi Data reported that OJing Tech announced that the company signed a procurement agreement for high-purity quartz sand with Silica North America in February 2024, with an estimated total amount of USD 350 million. Recently, the company signed a "Revised Agreement" with Silica North America regarding the original agreement, changing the estimated total amount of the procurement agreement to USD 270 million and extending the performance period of the agreement by one year.
