As of the time of publication, YOFC (06869) rose by 5.42% to HKD 175; CIG (06166) rose by 5.19% to HKD 77; Hongteng Precision (06088) rose by 5.05% to HKD 6.45; and Huiju Technology (01729) rose by 2.31% to HKD 19.5. In terms of news, NVIDIA announced a multi-year strategic partnership with two leading companies in the optical communication field, Lumentum and Coherent, investing USD 2 billion in each company for a total of USD 4 billion to enhance research and manufacturing of advanced optical technologies, fully promoting the large-scale construction of next-generation AI infrastructure and further solidifying its global leadership in AI and accelerated computing. The cooperation with both companies is a non-exclusive agreement, each containing NVIDIA's multi-billion dollar product procurement commitments, as well as future rights and priorities for capacity utilization of advanced lasers and optical network-related products and components. China Galaxy Securities pointed out that the optical module market is still in an upward trend, with high current overseas market conditions. The capital expenditure scale of mainstream cloud vendors is expected to continue to exceed expectations in 2026. The improvement in GPU performance is driving a clear trend of upgrading overseas optical module rates.
