# ST YATAI: Shareholder Taihua Investment reduced its holdings by 0.69%

\*ST YATAI announced that the shareholding reduction plan of its shareholder with more than 5% stake, Lanzhou Taihua Investment Holding Co., Ltd., has expired. During the period from January 26, 2026, to February 13, 2026, it reduced its holdings by 3.33 million shares through block trades at an average price of 8.68 yuan per share, accounting for 0.69% of the total share capital. After the reduction, its combined shareholding with the concerted actor Lanzhou Yatai Mining Group Co., Ltd. decreased from 9.69% to 9.00%, with Taihua Investment's shareholding reduced to 16.2537 million shares, accounting for 3.35%
