GDS Holdings Ltd. ( (HK:9698) ) just unveiled an announcement.

GDS Holdings Limited announced that shareholders at an adjourned extraordinary general meeting on 10 March 2026 approved amendments to the rights of its Class B ordinary shares, substantially increasing the voting power attached to Class B shares held by founder William Wei Huang from 20 votes to 50 votes per share.
