# GEOTECH HLDGS may delay the publication of its 2025 annual results

GEOTECH HLDGS (01707.HK) announced that since the resignation of the previous auditor, the board has made every effort to search for and appoint a new auditor to fill the vacancy. However, as of today (the 11th), the company has not yet appointed a new auditor. Therefore, the company may delay the publication of its annual results and annual report for the year ending December 31, 2025.

The company stated that if it fails to publish the annual results for 2025 on or before March 31, trading of its shares may be suspended on the Stock Exchange from 9:00 AM on April 1 until the announcement of the annual results for 2025 is made
