\*ST YATAI announced that the company's audited net assets at the end of 2024 will be negative, and it will be subject to delisting risk warning starting from April 30, 2025. If relevant circumstances specified in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules occur in 2025, the company's stock will face the risk of being terminated from listing. In 2025, the company received a cash donation of 73 million yuan from restructuring investors and a debt waiver of 75 million yuan from the original controlling shareholder, with the restructuring plan to be completed by December 31, 2025.
