FORTUNE SUN (00352.HK) announced that it has appointed a financial advisor and submitted a resumption proposal to the Stock Exchange to support the resumption of trading of its shares.

The company's shares have been suspended from trading since 9:00 AM on September 9, 2025, and will continue to be suspended until further notice
