# INVT: Plans to issue A-shares to specific targets in the 2026 fiscal year and fill in returns

INVT announced that the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets in October 2026, with a maximum issuance of 82.2741 million shares. Calculations show that assuming the net profit in 2026 remains flat, grows by 10%, or grows by 20%, the basic earnings per share after the issuance would be RMB 0.24/share, RMB 0.26/share, and RMB 0.28/share, respectively. This financing will be used for the Suzhou smart manufacturing and Zhongshan R&D projects, which can expand production, enhance R&D, and optimize the capital structure.
