# CITIC Construction Investment: The prosperity of gas turbines is expected to reach a historical high, with the largest elasticity in the domestic supply chain

CITIC Construction Investment Research Report believes that although current gas turbine orders are approaching historical highs, there are significant differences in regional concentration, driving factors, natural gas price impacts, and delivery capabilities. This round of demand has strong sustainability driven by AI, and the gas turbine sector will continue to experience rising orders, expansion of the industrial chain, and an upward shift in the profit center of the industrial chain under supply-demand contradictions. Due to the low willingness of the original supply chain in Europe and the United States to expand production, domestic independent gas turbines, blades, castings and forgings, HRSG, and other segments are advancing product certification and order introduction, and the domestic chain will fully benefit from this once-in-thirty-years gas turbine cycle
