# "Profit Alert" MIN XIN HOLD expects last year's attributable profit to rise by 25% to 48%

Min Xin Holdings (00222.HK) announced that it expects to record a profit attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 110 million to HKD 130 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, an increase of about 25% to 48% compared to the same period in 2024.

The company stated that the growth is mainly due to the exchange gains recorded from the appreciation of the Renminbi against the Hong Kong Dollar during the year, as well as a one-time exchange loss from the reduction of paid-in capital by Min Xin Microfinance Co., Ltd. in the San Yuan District of Sanming City, which decreased by approximately HKD 15.02 million year-on-year
