# JLMAG plans to participate in the fund with no more than 20.8 million RMB, investing in companies related to the industrial chain

According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 18th, JLMAG (06680) (Shenzhen: 300748) announced that it plans to invest no more than RMB 20.8 million using its own funds in Tianjin Chuangneng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership).

The group stated that the target subscription scale of the fund is RMB 62.5 million, with the investment objective being equity investments in specific companies related to the company's industrial chain. Investment methods include equity investment, venture capital, and more. The group indicated that by leveraging the professional resources and investment capabilities of professional investment institutions, it aims to discover project resources that align with its development strategy, implement the group's development strategy, and enhance its overall competitiveness.
