# XPeng plans to double overseas sales and launch electric vehicles in Mexico

Electric vehicle manufacturer XPeng (09868.HK)(XPEV.US) announced on Friday that the company aims to double its overseas sales this year, increasing the contribution of international market revenue to 20%, while preparing to launch the G6 and G9 models in Mexico on March 25.

The launch in Mexico marks the latest step in the company's overseas expansion efforts. XPeng is increasingly focusing on overseas markets as a key growth driver, expanding in Europe and other markets outside of China. The company previously stated that it aims for overseas sales to contribute 70% of total profits by 2030
