# Meta's artificial intelligence strategy focuses on personalized applications from a high-level perspective

Meta is further advancing its artificial intelligence strategy. According to reports, Mark Zuckerberg is developing a personal AI assistant to help him with daily decision-making.

The tool is described as a shortcut through organizational structures. Zuckerberg can quickly obtain the information he needs by asking the assistant, without having to go through multiple layers of reporting. It effectively acts as an AI chief of staff, aligning with Meta's overall strategy to streamline company operations.

Moreover, this trend is not limited to the upper management. Within Meta, employees have already begun experimenting with their own AI assistants, which can retrieve information from chat logs, documents, and internal systems.
