# Kingsoft Cloud opened 3.3% higher, last year's losses narrowed, Kingsoft opened slightly higher after earnings

Kingsoft Cloud (03896.HK) opened 3.3% higher this morning, trading at HKD 7.8, with a pre-market transaction of 962,000 shares, involving HKD 7.5036 million.

Its affiliate Kingsoft (03888.HK) opened slightly higher by 0.4%, trading at HKD 23.02, with a pre-market transaction of 95,500 shares, involving HKD 2.1974 million.

Kingsoft Cloud announced its performance for the fiscal year 2025, reporting revenue of RMB 9.559 billion (the same below), an increase of 22.8% year-on-year, of which public cloud service revenue increased by 32.5% to RMB 6.634 billion; gross profit was RMB 1.503 billion, up 12.1%. The loss narrowed from RMB 1.967 billion in the previous year to RMB 936 million. According to non-GAAP financial metrics, the adjusted EBITDA for the year was RMB 2.336 billion, a growth of 265.7%, with the adjusted EBITDA margin rising from 8.2% to 24.4%.

Kingsoft Cloud also announced that Lei Jun has resigned as a non-executive director due to other work arrangements, effective from yesterday (25th). Following Lei Jun's resignation as a non-executive director, he will no longer serve as chairman, chairman of the nomination committee, or a member of the remuneration committee. From the same date, Vice Chairman Zou Tao has been appointed as chairman and chairman of the nomination committee.

Additionally, Kingsoft announced that last year's revenue was RMB 9.683 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 6.2%. Net profit was RMB 2.004 billion, a year-on-year increase of 29.2%; earnings per share were HKD 1.46. A final dividend of HKD 0.13 was declared, compared to HKD 0.15 in the same period last year
