# Jiangxi Copper: Controlling shareholder approved to issue no more than 5 billion RMB of exchangeable bonds

JIANGXI COPPER (00358.HK) announced that its controlling shareholder, JIANGXI COPPER GROUP, intends to apply for a public issuance of exchangeable bonds not exceeding RMB 5 billion, using part of the company's A-share stocks it holds as the underlying asset, which has been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange
