# According to reports, SpaceX has selected 21 banks to participate in its IPO plan

According to sources cited by Reuters, SpaceX is working with at least 21 banks to promote its IPO plan, internally codenamed "Apex Plan," which is expected to launch in June, with an estimated company valuation reaching $1.75 trillion.

It is reported that Morgan Stanley (MS.US), Goldman Sachs (GS.US), JPMorgan Chase (JPM.US), Bank of America (BAC.US), and Citigroup (C.US) will serve as underwriters for this IPO, with another 16 banks also participating, and there is a possibility of adding more banks in the future
