This resort-style community with nearly fifty years of history will undergo a comprehensive upgrade, focusing on the construction of a large transportation hub building, optimizing the sea-land connection system, and launching the new residential project "Toscana" to enhance the development potential and asset value of the northeastern Lantau Island. According to the blueprint, Hong Kong Industrial plans to build a new transportation hub building named "DB Times Square" in Discovery Bay North. This facility will serve as the logistics and passenger transport core of the area, optimizing parking and transfer facilities, and directly connecting to the urban transportation network. In addition, significant adjustments will be made to sea and land transportation services: the ferry service from Discovery Bay North to Central, which previously operated only on Sundays and public holidays, is planned to be expanded to daily service, achieving point-to-point direct access.
