# New Launch | The Pavilia Farm III received nearly 10,000 inquiries

New World ( 00017) and MTR Corporation ( 00066) have developed the third phase of the Sha Tin Tai Wai Station property project, Park Avenue III, which has obtained satisfactory approval and updated the sales brochure. He Ka Yan, Director of Business and Marketing at New World Development, stated that they have quickly received nearly 10,000 inquiries, with most customers expressing interest in the project's unique four-bedroom riverside residences, especially the high-floor riverside residence "SKY PAVILIA" with only 7 units introduced yesterday, featuring a usable area of 1,676 square feet, consisting of four bedrooms with dual suites, a study, and a bathroom, all equipped with top-of-the-line appliances.

She pointed out that the project is positioned as a "world-class development," with clientele coming from Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories, as Tai Wai Station serves as a super interchange station for the East Rail Line and the Tuen Ma Line, providing a transportation network that connects all of Hong Kong, attracting many local and non-local visitors.
