# The new residential project of Dongli Real Estate, Dechangli, is named "Yuan She" and will debut in the next quarter

East Land Properties announced that its new residential development project located at 22 Dechang Lane, West Kowloon, is officially named "22 SQUARE Yuan She" and will be launched this season.

Chen Yusheng, Director of the Real Estate Department of East Land Properties Limited, stated that according to agency data, nearly 2,000 transactions were recorded for new developments in March, with over 22% of the units purchased by investors. In response to the lively market atmosphere and the nearing completion of the "Yuan She" sales office, the project is planned to be launched in the second quarter.

"Yuan She" is 25 stories high, offering 84 residential units, with standard units having usable areas ranging from 218 to 318 square feet. The project includes layouts such as studio, one-bedroom units, and duplex rooftop feature units
