# 安霸通过收购更多的 Affinity 和 BPO 业务来扩展其 Affinity 平台

, /PRNewswire/ -- AMBA, a national leader in affinity marketing and supplemental insurance solutions, announced today that it has acquired the Affinity business and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations of Amwins Group Benefits, LLC. The acquisition includes long-standing association partnerships and a carrier-supported administrative infrastructure, expanding AMBA's ability to deliver end-to-end affinity insurance program management.

Previously operating primarily from Irving, Texas, the business currently serves affinity associations nationwide and administers carrier programs supporting port and conversion services across employer-sponsored life and disability lines, an important component of the member lifecycle and a critical value-added service for carrier partners.

"This acquisition expands both AMBA's national affinity platform and its carrier administrative capabilities," said Nick Taylor, CEO of AMBA.
