# Tencent repurchased 615,000 shares, involving an amount of 300 million yuan

Tencent Holdings (00700.HK)(TCEHY.US) disclosed its report, on April 2nd, repurchased 615,000 shares on the Stock Exchange, with a price per share ranging from HKD 485.2 to 496, involving approximately HKD 300 million. Since the approval of the ordinary resolution (May 14, 2025), Tencent has repurchased a total of 115 million shares, accounting for 1.26095% of the share capital
