# 由于供应赤字加剧，白银价格维持在高位附近

Prices near highs: Silver held around $80.88 an ounce, buoyed by strong industrial demand and investor interest despite geopolitical uncertainty. Supply deficit persists: The global silver market is set for a sixth consecutive year of deficit, with shortages expected to total 866 million ounces by end-2026. Central banks buying: Global central banks, particularly China, are stockpiling physical silver, tightening supply and raising questions over ETF and futures market reliability.
