# Kennedy-Wilson 公司为高级票据的发行定价

05:29 PM EDT, 05/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kennedy-Wilson (KW) said late Thursday it priced a private offering of $1.1 billion of 7% senior notes due 2031 and $700 million of 7.25% senior notes due 2033.

Net proceeds will be used to redeem the company's 4.75% senior notes due 2029 and 4.75% senior notes due 2030, as well as to make an offer to buy 5% senior notes due 2031 and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
