# Coupang 董事 Kevin Warsh 在美联储主席确认后辞职

05:30 PM EDT, 05/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Coupang ( CPNG ) said Thursday that Kevin Warsh resigned from its board effective immediately after being confirmed by the US Senate as Federal Reserve Chair.

The company said Warsh's resignation was required under US federal ethics and conflict-of-interest rules and was not due to any disagreement with the company.
