# 全球企业公布了数十亿美元的合作伙伴关系和收购计划

Automakers expand in China: Stellantis and Dongfeng will invest over $1.17 billion to produce Peugeot and Jeep EVs in China from 2027 for domestic and global markets. Airlines consolidate fleets: Allegiant will acquire Sun Country Airlines for $1.5 billion, creating a combined fleet of 195 aircraft serving about 175 cities. Tech alliances grow: AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon plan a joint venture to boost U.S. satellite-based connectivity, while MTestHub and Aston University announce AI and neuromorphic computing initiatives.
