# 阿里巴巴子公司成立拍卖公司，经营范围拍卖业务

美股研究社获悉，据企查查 APP 显示，8 月 17 日，浙江千里之外拍卖有限公司成立，法定代表人为洪文其，注册资本为 1000 万元人民币，公司经营范围含拍卖业务。  
企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由浙江一锤定音科技有限公司全资持股，后者为阿里巴巴（中国）网络技术有限公司全资子公司。
