新加坡《国家日报》称，此次收购将包括 Trans-Cab 旗下的 2200 辆出租车和 300 多辆私人出租汽车。

该公司补充称，收购过程于两个月前开始，计划于本周完成，但没有具体说明与多少消息来源进行了交谈。

Grab 没有立即回复路透社的置评请求。

这家东南亚领先的叫车和外卖应用在 6 月份宣布裁员 1000 人，占员工总数的 11%。(1 美元=1.3221 新加坡元)
