# 比亚迪电子拟 158 亿人币购成都无锡手机零件制造业务

> 比亚迪电子公布，订立框架协议，有条件同意以 158 亿元人民币向捷普电子附属捷普电路 (新加坡)，收购目标公司 Juno Newco Target Holdco Singapore 的 100% 股权。

比亚迪电子 (00285.HK) 公布，订立框架协议，有条件同意以 158 亿元人民币向捷普电子 (JBL.US) 附属捷普电路 (新加坡)，收购目标公司 Juno Newco Target Holdco Singapore 的 100% 股权。目标公司於今年 8 月根据新加坡法律成立，即将主要拥有位於成都、无锡的产品生产制造业务，其中包括现有客户的零件生产制造业务，该类活动由卖方及其联属公司进行。公司认为，收购事项将拓展集团的客户与产品边界，拓宽智能手机零件业务，大幅改善集团客户与产品结构，进一步抓住市场发展机遇，增加核心器件产品的战略性布局，助推集团产业升级，迈入新一轮的高速成长周期。(jl/t)
