# On the eve of the U.S. election, Chinese assets suddenly surged, and this popular investment chart of Chinese concept stocks is worth keeping

The 12th meeting of the 14th National People's Congress Standing Committee was held in Beijing from November 4 to 8. The market generally expects that this meeting will review specific arrangements for the issuance of additional government bonds and the scale of local debt, which will be a "key window" for more incremental policies to be implemented.

The Caixin China General Services Business Activity Index (Services PMI) for October, released this morning, recorded 52.0, an increase of 1.7 percentage points from September, marking a three-month high and indicating a rebound in the service sector's prosperity.
