# We have redesigned the way to use the Longbridge official website.

Hello everyone, I'm the product of the Longbridge official website. This redesign is not just a simple visual upgrade, nor is it merely a structural reorganization. It's a redefinition of the role of the official website.

For a long time, the main responsibility of the Longbridge website has been at the brand level: introducing who we are, what products we offer, and why we are trustworthy. However, as more and more features, content, and AI capabilities gradually land on the web platform, we have gradually realized one thing: the official website is no longer just "a place to introduce Longbridge," but is becoming the place where an increasing number of users actually use Longbridge.

This is the core starting point of this redesign.

# **From "Brand Website" to "Web Experience Product"**

If we only look at the official website from the perspective of information display, there are actually many design approaches. But when we treat the website as a real product that is being used, the questions become very specific:

- At the moment a user arrives, what do they really want to do?
- Do they want to quickly understand the product, verify its capabilities, or start using it directly?
- Can the website accommodate these different intents at various stages, rather than serving only one?

Based on these questions, we have clearly positioned this redesign as:

**Upgrading the Longbridge official website from a "brand website" to a web experience product that directly serves users.**

This means the website is no longer just about "clearly explaining who we are," but must also carry real usage behaviors when users need it.

# **The Website is No Longer Just for "Viewing," but for "Using"**

In the past website experience, users were mostly "learning":

- Seeing what the product can do
- Seeing how the trading capabilities are
- Seeing if the content services are good

In the new website, we hope you can:

- Enter real usage scenarios earlier
- Feel the product's capabilities without having to download the App first
- Start using it directly before logging in, instead of repeatedly looking for the entry point

This does not mean the website is meant to replace the client app, but rather we hope the web platform itself is a complete, trustworthy entry point for usage.

# **Pre-Login & Post-Login: No Longer Two Disconnected Experiences**

During the design process, we repeatedly discussed a very common piece of user feedback:

> "When not logged in, it's hard to understand what I can do; after logging in, I don't know where to start."

In this redesign, we deliberately did something that seems simple but has a significant impact on the experience:

- The navigation structure remains consistent before and after login
- The difference is not in "where to go," but in "how deep you can go"

That is to say:

- Before login: You see examples and capability demonstrations close to real usage scenarios
- After login: You enter the corresponding real features

The path remains consistent, and the experience deepens gradually, rather than "starting over" at a certain point.

# **Reserving Structural Positions for AI and Future Web Capabilities**

In this redesign, there are also some changes that may not be immediately noticeable but are equally important to us. In financial scenarios, we have always believed that AI is a long-term and important force. Its value is not only in helping users obtain information faster and reduce comprehension costs, but also in being able to do more in appropriate scenarios.

This also determines that AI should not be an independent, abrupt feature entry point, but needs to grow naturally within the product's native structure:

- Information architecture
- Search and discovery
- The relationship between content and capabilities

Therefore, in this redesign, we are more focused on reserving positions at the structural level for AI and future capabilities, rather than hastily packaging it as a "seemingly powerful" feature point.

# **What Problems Do We Hope to Solve?**

From the user's perspective, this redesign aims to solve some very specific problems:

- On the first visit, can I understand "what I can do now" more quickly?
- After logging in, can I enter "the feature I want to use" more quickly?
- Without downloading the App, is the web platform still a reliable, user-friendly choice?
- Can content, market data, tools, and AI form a coherent experience?

You may not immediately notice every change, but we hope the overall feeling is: **smoother, clearer, and more like a product that is being used.**

# **What Will Happen Next?**

This website redesign is not an endpoint, but a starting point. Next, we will continue to invest in several directions:

- Continuously strengthen the product experience on the web platform and improve the completeness of usage
- Launch capabilities more suitable for the web in areas like AI, search, and information understanding
- Explore product forms that are not easily achievable on the client app, based on the openness of the web

If you are already using Longbridge Web, we hope you will gradually feel these changes; if you are more accustomed to the client app, you are also welcome to come back and take a look when appropriate.

# **Finally**

Behind this redesign, there have been many trade-offs and repeated deliberations. But all the design and adjustments ultimately serve only one goal:

**To make Longbridge not just "look professional," but truly useful when you need it.**

We also sincerely welcome you to share your real feelings with us directly in the community.

The official website is a growing product, not a finalized poster.

Thank you for always using Longbridge.

  - **德玛西亚** (2026-03-07T13:46:02.000Z): Received, this suggestion is quite practical. Being able to see the full day's time in the five-day K-line chart is indeed more convenient. We'll record this and pass it on to the product team for eva
