Immediately after, on March 25th, shareholders filed a securities fraud class-action lawsuit, questioning whether the company had adequately disclosed related China business and export compliance risks. In a nutshell, it's not that I don't understand SMCI's AI thesis; I just think this stock is no longer just an AI play. It's also a high-volatility, high-controversy, high-risk-appetite sentiment stock.
