> 全球物流服務營運商極兔速遞－W 公佈招股結果，每股發售價定為 12 元，香港公開發售部分錄得超額認購約 0.36 倍。

全球物流服務營運商極兔速遞－W(01519.HK) 公佈招股結果，每股發售價定為 12 元，香港公開發售部分錄得超額認購約 0.36 倍。該股將於明日 (27 日) 掛牌。每手 200 股計，一手中籤率 100% 人人有份。聯席保薦人為摩根士丹利、美銀證券及中金公司。公司是次上市引入共 9 名基石投資者，包括 Aspex Management 旗下 Aspex Master Fund、Jallion Global Limited 及 Joyous Tempinis、D1、Hidden Hill SPV VIII、紅杉、順豐控股 (002352.SZ) 旗下 CELESTIAL OCEAN INVESTMENTS、淡馬錫旗下 Dahlia Investments Pte.、騰訊 (00700.HK) 旗下 Eternal Earn Holding、Parallel Cluster Investment 及 Huang River Investment 及高瓴，共認購公司 1.3 億股，相當於上市後公司已發行股本總額的約 1.48%。此外，公司上市料淨集資約 35.28 億元，當中約 30% 將用於拓寬物流網絡，升級基礎設施及強化在東南亞和其他現有市場的分揀及倉儲能力及容量；約 30% 將用於開拓新市場及擴大服務範圍；約 30% 將用於研發及技術創新；約 10% 將用作一般企業目的及營運資金需求。(jl/s)
