尋求推出現貨比特幣 ETF 的企業本週掃除了在未來幾日獲得美國證交會批准的一大障礙。四位知情人士透露，SEC 工作人員向多家尋求推出 ETF 的交易所和發行商表示，他們應該最早在週五提交一份關鍵文件的最終版本。其中兩位知情人士表示，在做出最新修訂後，工作人員對其中幾家公司的文書沒有提供額外的反饋。這些被稱作 19b-4 的文件就修改股票交易所規則以使 ETF 獲准上市交易提供建議。據另一位知情人士透露，SEC 預計將在下週對交易所規則文件進行投票。發行人還需要 SEC 批准其 S-1 文件的最終版本。如果兩份文件均獲批，相關 ETF 最早可能在下一個工作日開始交易。
