# US Stock Options | Palantir Tech, BABA-SWR, Snap, NYCB Trading Surges! But the Hottest Contract Still Belongs to Tesla

Overnight, the three major U.S. stock indexes rose, chip stocks cooled down, and Chinese concept stocks rebounded significantly.

### Overview of U.S. Stock Options Trading

The top ten U.S. stock options trading on the day: Palantir Tech Tech, Tesla, NVIDIA, BABA-SWR, AMD, Snap, Apple, Ford Motor, Meta, NYCB.

Among them:

Palantir Tech Tech surged 30%, with options trading nearly doubling to 2.5 million contracts, and the proportion of call options accounted for 72.7%. Call options with a strike price of $21 expiring on February 9th traded over 110,000 contracts, while call options with strike prices of $22 traded over 100,000 contracts.

Tesla rose over 2%, with options trading falling to 1.96 million contracts, and the proportion of call options accounted for 55%. Call options with strike prices of $185 and $182.5 traded over 130,000 and 120,000 contracts respectively, while call options with a strike price of $190 and put options with a strike price of $180 also traded over 100,000 contracts.

NVIDIA fell nearly 2%, with options trading falling to 1.62 million contracts, and the proportion of call options accounted for 66%. Call options with a strike price of $700 traded 85,000 contracts.

BABA-SWR rose nearly 5%, with options trading surging to 680,000 contracts, and the proportion of call options accounted for 78.9%.

AMD fell nearly 4%, with options trading rising to 670,000 contracts, and the proportion of call options accounted for 66%.

Snap rose over 4%, with options trading surging to 600,000 contracts, and the proportion of call options accounted for 66.5%.

Apple rose nearly 1%, with options trading falling to 570,000 contracts, and the proportion of call options accounted for 67%. Call options with a strike price of $190 traded nearly 80,000 contracts.

Ford Motor rose over 4%, with options trading rising to 465,000 contracts, and the proportion of call options accounted for 54%.

Meta fell over 1%, with options trading falling to nearly 450,000 contracts, and the proportion of call options accounted for 67.6%.

NYCB plunged 22%, with options trading surging to 410,000 contracts, and the proportion of put options accounted for 67%.

Nio rose over 12%, with options trading rising to around 230,000 contracts, and the proportion of call options accounted for 81%. Call options with a strike price of $6 traded over 50,000 contracts.
