Author: Li Xiaoyin Source: Hard AI Recently, Citigroup participated in the Gartner Data Analytics Summit and released a post-event report on March 20th. After discussions with partners, suppliers, and customers, Citigroup stated in the report that the development expectations of generative AI may exceed fundamentals. Overall, generative AI remains the top concern for most attendees, but the scale of projects and the nature of use cases are still relatively small. Enterprises will face ongoing innovation pressure and intense competition. In the future, they will need to make strategic adjustments in new technology research and development, partnership building, and market positioning to maintain a competitive advantage. Regarding specific AI companies, Citigroup has varying views: ## Microsoft - Positive By continuously expanding its generative AI platform, Microsoft is leading market trends. In particular, the updates to Azure AI Studio and Copilot features have garnered high industry attention. Microsoft's close collaboration with Databricks and OpenAI has driven the application of GenAI technology in various applications, but its Fabric platform still requires further investment and strengthening. ## Snowflake (SNOW) - Mixed The Cortex platform has a strong advantage in accelerating application production. However, compared to Databricks and other competitors, shortcomings in cost management and workload management technologies may affect its market competitiveness. ## Oracle (ORCL) - Neutral Although its OCI second-generation products have been recognized, large-scale ERP migration projects remain scarce, and customers are progressing slowly in migrating to the cloud and GAI projects. ## Confluent (CFLT) - Neutral Despite Kafka maintaining a dominant position among developers, its profit opportunities may be affected in the face of competition from larger suppliers like IBM and Cloudera. ## Informatica (INFA) - Neutral Emphasizing data governance and data quality, but customers still perceive it as a traditional ETL platform. Facing fierce competition from emerging niche vendors, there is still a need to accelerate the transformation of traditional ETL tool vendors' image. ## Teradata (TDC) - Neutral Although launching AI Unlimited and Vantage serverless products aimed at breaking the traditional image, changing customer perceptions remains challenging. Most customers still prioritize SNOW or Databricks in modernization efforts ### 相關股票 - [Oracle (ORCL.US)](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/quote/ORCL.US.md) - [Snowflake (SNOW.US)](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/quote/SNOW.US.md) - [Microsoft (MSFT.US)](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/quote/MSFT.US.md) ## 相關資訊與研究 - [Oracle Targets Restaurant Industry With New AI Back Office Solution](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/281171606.md) - [ROI-Does the AI business model have a fatal flaw?: Joachim Klement](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/281309369.md) - [LIVE MARKETS-AI fears put Microsoft on track for worst quarter since 2008](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/281048123.md) - [TSMC faces broad 3nm capacity shortage, fueling supply chain battle](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/280962010.md) - [Oracle Firing Tens Of Thousands As CDS Explodes To Financial Crisis Record](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/281222516.md)
