智通財經 APP 訊，諾輝健康 (06606) 發佈公告，劉毅基及吳永蒨已獲委任為獨立非執行董事，自 2024 年 4 月 8 日起生效。

董事會已議決成立獨立特別委員會，由余丹柯、吳虹、李國棟、劉毅基及吳永蒨組成，並由劉毅基擔任主席。獨立特別委員會的主要職責為 (i) 審查、完善和確定調查範圍;(ii) 承擔並監督調查的進行;(iii) 在其認為合理必要或適當的情況下保留獨立第三方專業機構協助調查;(iv) 向董事會報告其調查結果;及 (v) 就將予採取的適當行動 (如有) 向董事會提出建議。
