Owned by Sam Altman and Michael Klein, this SPAC is targeting the acquisition of advanced nuclear power company Oklo Inc., with a potential transaction value (valuation of the latter) of approximately $850 million. Before the market opened on April 8th, Oklo signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with Diamondback Energy to supply 50 MW of electricity. DXYZ is the fourth hottest stock, having been listed for nine trading days. Due to its scarcity in the market, it surged over 1100%, with a 68% overnight increase, and trading volume expanding to $689 million. From $8 to $105, DXYZ only took 9 trading days.
