智通財經 APP 訊，三愛健康集團 (01889) 公佈，於 2024 年 4 月 17 日，該公司全資附屬三愛國際投資有限公司擬向 Merit Investment Holding Limited 出售 Zentrogene Bioscience Laboratory Limited 全部已發行股本的 59%，代價為 2200 萬港元，以現金結付。

據悉，目標公司為公司的間接全資附屬公司，主要從事提供 ( 其中包括 ) 基因檢測及分子生物診斷服務。目標公司於香港經營一家擁有所需牌照的實驗室，提供無創產前診斷、腫瘤基因篩查、DNA 檢測及親子鑑定等服務。

董事會於檢討目標公司的業績及戰略定位後認為，部分剝離將使管理層能夠將精力及資源重新分配於核心醫藥業務上。此次剝離亦將為集團提供額外的營運資金。
