# 中國石油股份選舉方慶及王斌全擔任職工代表監事

> 中國石油股份發佈公告，廖國勤及付斌因工作變動辭去公司職工代表監事職務，方慶及王斌全當選新的職工代表監事。

智通財經 APP 訊，中國石油股份 (00857) 發佈公告，因工作變動原因，廖國勤及付斌已向公司提交辭呈，辭任公司職工代表監事職務，該等辭任即日生效。

根據《中華人民共和國公司法》和《中國石油天然氣股份有限公司章程》，公司職工代表民主選舉方慶及王斌全擔任公司職工代表監事，該等任期即日生效直至第九屆監事會任期屆滿為止。方慶及王斌全不會就擔任公司職工代表監事而向公司收取任何酬金。
