# GREATWALLE INC plans to appoint Golden Shield Accountants as the new auditor

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, GREATWALLE INC (08315) announced that due to the company's inability to reach a consensus on audit fees for the year ending March 31, 2024 with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has resigned from the position of the company's auditor since June 5, 2024.

Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint King Dao Liancheng Certified Public Accountants as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy created by the resignation of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, with a term until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders
