# Xiaomi Corporation-W spent HKD 29.616 million to repurchase 1.7 million shares on June 18th

According to the announcement released by Xiaomi Corporation-W (01810) on the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, the company spent HKD 29.616 million on June 18, 2024 to repurchase 1.7 million shares at a repurchase price of HKD 17.38-17.44 per share.

On the same day, the company issued 39,000 shares related to the issuance of new shares or transfer of treasury shares for the purpose of granting share rewards or options to participants (excluding directors of the issuer) under the share incentive plan
