# Market Insight | Tencent's afternoon surge by over 3%, DNF mobile game performance exceeds market expectations, Tencent's virtual currency officially launched recently

According to the information from Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Tencent (00700) rose more than 3% in the afternoon, as of the time of publication, it rose by 2.92% to HKD 388, with a turnover of HKD 5.91 billion.

Furui released a report stating that the mainland game market will be lively this summer, with companies such as Tencent, NetEase, Perfect World, etc., launching new games. They reiterated Tencent as the industry's top choice. The bank recently evaluated the performance of iOS game rankings and the game pipeline situation in the second half of the year. Tencent's "Dungeon & Fighter" mobile game has been ranked first since its launch on May 21. Considering that "Honor of Kings" has long occupied the top spot in the iOS game rankings for many years, the performance of "Dungeon & Fighter" has exceeded market expectations. The bank has raised its revenue forecast for the game in the first 12 months and expects it to exceed the market's forecast of RMB 9 to 10 billion.

Furthermore, on May 30, Tencent's C-end APP Tencent Yuanbao, based on the Yuan model, was officially launched. Guosen Securities pointed out that Yuanbao provides deep answers and is essentially a high-quality content accumulation behind the public account. In the future, Tencent Yuanbao is expected to integrate more diverse Tencent business formats. The bank believes that in the future AI era, it is also the era of strengthening personal IP, being able to comprehensively grasp UGC data—not limited to a single mode, but including user behavior profiles, search, content creation, commercialization, etc., will reduce the dimensionality of platforms that previously only had independent functions.
