# 招金礦業：招金資本完成對剩餘 Tietto Minerals Limited 股份的強制收購

> 招金礦業完成對剩餘 Tietto Minerals Limited 股份的強制收購，投票權達 90.72%。目標公司將在 2024 年 6 月 6 日從澳交所除名。

智通財經 APP 訊，招金礦業 (01818) 發佈公告，內容有關招金資本 (公司的間接全資附屬公司) 提出的要約，以收購 Tietto Minerals Limited 股本中的全部已繳足普通股 (“要約”)，於 2024 年 5 月 14 日要約結束時，招金資本於目標公司的投票權為 90.72%。因此，於 2024 年 5 月 24 日，招金資本開始對未被納入要約的剩餘目標公司股份進行強制收購。目標公司於 2024 年 6 月 6 日從澳交所正式名單中除名。

董事會欣然宣佈，招金資本已根據公司法完成對剩餘目標公司股份的強制收購。
