# 中港石油：劉曉汀將獲委任為首席財務官及公司秘書

> 劉曉汀將被任命為中港石油的首席財務官及公司秘書，取代辭職的李兆彬。此舉將於 2024 年 7 月 2 日生效。

智通財經 APP 訊，中港石油 (00632) 發佈公告，自 2024 年 7 月 2 日起，(i) 李兆彬辭任公司首席財務官及公司秘書;(ii) 劉曉汀將獲委任為公司首席財務官及公司秘書。

李先生將不再擔任根據聯交所證券上市規則第 3.05 條所規定的公司授權代表，以及根據香港法例第 622 章公司條例代表公司於香港接受任何將向公司送達的法律程序文件或通知的公司授權代表，而劉女士將獲委任為上市規則及公司條例所規定的授權代表，自 2024 年 7 月 2 日起生效。
