# Chairman and Executive Director Zhang Songqiao increased his holdings in CROSS-HAR(HOLD) by 10,000 shares at a price of HKD 7.2 per share

According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on July 16, Chairman and Executive Director Zhang Songqiao increased his holdings of CROSS-HAR(HOLD) (00032) by 10,000 shares, priced at HKD 7.2 per share, with a total amount of HKD 72,000. After the increase, the latest number of shares held is approximately 273 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 73.23%.
