智通財經 APP 獲悉，新火科技控股 (01611) 漲超 7%，截至發稿，漲 7.07%，報 2.12 港元，成交額 104.71 萬港元。

消息面上，新火科技控股公佈，於 2024 年 8 月 16 日，該公司擬向英屬處女羣島賣方收購 Avenir Asset Holding Limited(英屬處女羣島公司) 全部已發行股本，代價為約 2.376 億港元，須於完成時按發行價向英屬處女羣島賣方 (或彼等代名人) 通過配發及發行代價股份 A 的方式償付，每股發行價 2.18 港元。

同日，該公司擬向 Goldenway 收購 BitTrade 全部已發行股本約 7.69%，代價為約 2160.16 萬港元，須於完成時按發行價向 Goldenway(或其代名人) 通過配發及發行代價股份 B 的方式償付，每股發行價 2.18 港元。於建議收購事項完成後，該公司將間接持有 BitTrade 的 92.31%。

據介紹，BitTrade 為於日本金融廳註冊的 29 家虛擬貨幣交易平台營運商之一。其亦為日本最早註冊的營運商之一，目前處理的加密資產數目高居全日本第二位。
