# 德合集團附屬擬租賃香港一物業

> 德合集團宣佈，其全資附屬公司創基工程有限公司與 Spring Yield Investments Limited 簽訂租賃協議，從 2024 年 9 月 2 日至 2029 年 8 月 31 日租賃位於九龍的物業作為辦事處。新租賃的物業位於商業區中心，樓面面積大於現辦公室，將有利於公司的業務運營與發展。

智通財經 APP 訊，德合集團 (00368) 發佈公告，於 2024 年 9 月 2 日，承租人創基工程有限公司 (公司間接全資附屬公司) 與出租人 Spring Yield Investments Limited(獨立第三方) 訂立租賃協議以租賃該物業，固定年期由 2024 年 9 月 2 日起至 2029 年 8 月 31 日止 (包括首尾兩日)。該物業將由承租人用作其業務經營的香港辦公室。

據悉，物業為中國香港九龍九龍灣宏開道 8 號其士商業中心 18 樓全層。

公告稱，集團辦公室現時的租約將於 2024 年 12 月屆滿。於評估重續現時租約或租用新辦公室的選項時，董事認為：該物業位於九龍其中一個商業區心臟地帶的一幢發展完善的辦公大樓內，擁有較佳的配套設施;及該物業的樓面面積大於現時辦公室。因此，訂立租賃協議有利於集團的業務營運及發展。
